Meet Our Founders: Pioneers in Sustainable Living and Real Estate Innovation
Paul and Céline are passionate advocates for sustainable living, with years of experience in real estate investing and strategic asset management. Recognizing the growing need for exceptional housing solutions, they have capitalized on the immense potential of accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and, more recently, the rapidly expanding trend of tiny homes. Their commitment to innovation and community fuels Milestone Living’s mission to make alternative housing options both accessible and appealing to all.

Paul Daigle
Paul, a licensed Professional Engineer, brings a strong background in sales and business management to his full-time real estate ventures. Since 2015, alongside his wife Céline, a skilled home stager and design enthusiast, Paul has focused on creating high-quality income properties and accessory dwellings, enhancing their own portfolio and those of joint venture partners in Eastern Ontario and Costa Rica. Together, they’ve built a respected network and developed a systematic approach to property acquisition, renovation, and management. As members of the Real Estate Investment Network(REIN), Paul was honored with Renovator of the Year for Eastern Ontario. Known for turning vision into value, Paul creates investment opportunities and elevates property standards within the community.
Paul specializes in transforming properties, particularly by creating legal basement apartments, and collaborates with municipalities to ensure smooth project execution. He is passionate about supporting the tiny home movement, offering sustainable, affordable living solutions to address current housing challenges.
Paul mentors emerging real estate investors, guiding them through property investments, permitting, renovations, and management. Outside of work, he enjoys pickleball, kayaking, and outdoor activities, and thrives on building authentic connections while engaging in initiatives that drive meaningful change in business and the community.
Celine Pinoul Daigle
With over 35 years of experience in business administration, real estate investing, design, and home renovations, Céline is a dynamic and creative professional. Following a family legacy of entrepreneurship and real estate, she has naturally embraced this path with passion and purpose. Guided by integrity, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to quality, she has earned a reputation for excellence. Her accolades include being named Renovator and Top Player of the Year by the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) and achieving success in international rental property ventures, showcasing her dedication and expertise.
Céline is known for her customer-focused approach, blending empathy, simplicity, and a clear vision to deliver outstanding results. With a passion for transforming ideas into meaningful outcomes, she takes great joy in helping people find the perfect place to call home.
Beyond her professional life, Céline is an adventurer at heart. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, kayaking, traveling, and perfecting her pickleball game. Whether spending quality time with family, connecting with like-minded individuals, or engaging in meaningful initiatives like humanitarian mission trips, Céline is driven by a deep love for community and her desire to make a positive impact in every interaction.
